Description:
Lay supine, feet flat on the floor, arms next to the body, spine lengthened from cervical spine to lumbar.
On exhale, go into flexion. Inhaling, maintaining head-stance and reach to the heels. Exhale, reach down.
Modifications:
1. Pillow
2. Hold onto pillow
3. Hold onto mat
Variations:
1. Both legs off
2. Legs straightened
3. One leg off
Things to watch for:
1. Tension in hip flexors
2. Neck straining
