Integrating Mat Pilates into Physical Therapy for Enhanced Patient Outcomes

Workshop Description

This course is designed for Physical Therapists looking to integrate mat-based Pilates techniques into their rehabilitation programs. Learn how Pilates enhances core activation, neuromuscular control, and movement efficiency to improve posture, balance, and injury recovery.

Discover progressive modifications, patient-specific applications, and evidence-based strategies to incorporate Pilates into orthopedic, neurological, and sports rehab. Walk away with practical tools to help patients regain strength, mobility, and function through the power of movement.

Participants will learn how to apply evidence-based Pilates exercises to address, but not limited to, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neurological conditions, and fall prevention strategies.
